About Corsali

About Corsali
Corsali Club’s vision is to open up a new way to travel, making exceptional holidays more accessible. It's about discovering new places with a sense of adventure and spirit of generosity.
Many of us aren’t satisfied with the familiar paths of holiday accommodation anymore. We understand the importance of keeping life interesting and making lasting memories with the ones we love.
We are a members only club for like-minded explorers: a tight-knit community of families and individuals who want to share their precious places and holiday a little easier. We offer people the chance to exchange time in their homes for time in other members' properties, along with bespoke destination guides and activity booking services.
Corsali is the sharing of secret spots, beautiful homes and life-defining experiences.
What does luxury mean to us?

Corsali Club is a luxury holiday home exchange that gives you the opportunity to swap your precious place with someone else.

What makes these homes special isn’t how big they are or how much they cost. It’s about how they make you feel. It’s about spending quality time with your loved ones, in a beloved place.

Our luxury isn’t about size or gaudiness. Our luxury can be found in the attention to detail, subtle finishing touches, rustic charm, tasteful art, intimate nooks and sweeping vistas framing pastel sunsets.  Designed and curated by someone who cares just as much as you.

Our luxury is about adventuring into the unknown, exploring faraway destinations, discovering pockets of privacy and moments of sanctuary.

Our luxury feels personal. It could mean evening swims on a private beach, keeping the curtains open to see the stars, or falling asleep surrounded by the native bush. Feeling a little lost? You’ll find yourself here.

Corsali is about feeling at home, away from your actual home.

That’s what luxury means to us.

That’s Corsali Club.

Corsali Club takes inspiration for its ethos from Andrea Corsali, the first of the European explorers to discover the Southern Cross on an intrepid expedition.

Like the explorer, Corsali Club has a passion for venturing outside the norm to discover something new.

We were created with a love of adventure, a pride in ‘home’, and a desire to make the world around us more accessible. We give our members the chance to explore the new, while making life-defining memories. Our memories are our roadmap. They remind us of where we’ve been and guide us towards what’s next. We may not always remember the day-to-day, but we do remember the holidays. The adventures with family and friends. The trips that shape us as people and leave us with that delicious taste for discovering the world around us.

With us, you will join a tight-knit community: a group of like-minded people who want to share the best of their world with you, while discovering yours at the same time.

It’s all about getting the most from this life. Whether it’s kayaking across a picturesque lake, teaching your children to surf or wandering through the hustle and bustle of a busy city street, our club is for people who want to experience it all.

Frequently asked questions

What properties are accepted into Corsali Club?

Corsali Club’s portfolio is a collection of homes in New Zealand, soon to expand into Australia and beyond. We accept a wide range of homes - both primary and secondary - with properties selected based on seven key attributes: location, amenities, view & surrounds, design, level of comfort and quality, unique character and suitability for families. Corsali is about creating memorable holidays, whether it be in a family home, a holiday home or a unique property in nature.

What are the fees?

There is a $75 annual membership fee, allowing you to list your home and view other homes to book. We are currently onboarding our ‘founding members’ of the club - meaning if you’re in the first 50 people to sign up, you'll pay no membership fees until 2026. Corsali also charges a service fee of $70 per night, for the first seven nights of a booking. For longer stays, additional nights (beyond the initial week) incur a service fee of $20 per night.

How do I arrange a swap?

Once you’re in the club, you’ll simply publish the dates you wish to arrange an exchange for, then Corsali HQ will assist with finding an ideal direct swap. There is also a members only Instagram account where new availability is published. There will be an emphasis on school holiday exchanges, however bookings will also take place outside of these periods. If it’s a school holiday week and a direct swap cannot be matched, a circular swap within the Corsali community may be arranged - so while you wouldn't be staying in the home of your guests, the holiday dates will remain the same. Once the club is more established, these circular swaps will be replaced with a points-based booking system to offer more flexibility.

Can I pay to book a stay without listing my house?

The short answer? No. While we’d love to cater to everyone out there, Corsali is a members only community built on trust, mutual appreciation and generosity of spirit - meaning, if you’d like to stay in a Corsali property then you must also be listing your home with us. Not sure if your home will be suitable? Get in touch with us to arrange an initial consultation. We’d love to hear from you.

How does Corsali Club assist with planning your holiday?

For each booking, you will receive an exclusive “insider” destination guide curated by the Corsali HQ team in collaboration with the host member. This guide will include recommended local eateries, shops, and activities, as well as excursions that you can book through Corsali HQ. The beauty of Corsali Club is that we offer amazing holidays at a fraction of the cost. We encourage you to use these savings to book memorable experiences and truly make the most of your time in each new destination.

Do I need to remove my personal belongings when I host?

No, you can absolutely leave your belongings in your home. Our club is for house swapping and our members understand that they are in a much-loved family home or holiday home - not a professional rental. Simply tidy all the clutter away, leave your clothes in the drawers (and your photos on the walls) and get ready for an amazing holiday experience.
